Great value 140L, 1050 x 450 Direct Open Vented Boiler (OVB) Thermal Store.

The OVB (Open Vented Boiler) Thermal Store is manufactured with the intention of being used with a standard vented boiler. Gas, oil or solid fuel boiler, this can be connected directly into the heat store via the connections provided. One of the main benefits of this system is the whole output of the heat source is utilised as there is no boiler heat exchanger. This format also allows the unit to be installed using a double pump system which can be split into two circuits. Wood burning stoves offer one of the best inputs for these cylinders as they tend to reach very high temperatures, as they commonly run uncontrollably and by pairing it with an open vented boiler system they can provide hot water and space heating with almost zero carbon emissions.

This is the cylinder version and comes with:

• Pressure Reducing Valve (Loose)

• Mixing Valve

• 2L Expansion Vessel (Stainless Steel)

• 22mm Isolating Valve

• Immersion Heater(s)

• Single Aquastat

All units supplied with 50mm Foam Insulation.

Supplied as Part L Units - suitable for 10m working head.

2 x 8m of 15mm Finned Coil with 400mm centres.

All connections are compression.
