Making a purchase on Copper Cylinder could not be easier. Simply browse the product range and select the products you wish to buy, adding them into your electronic "shopping basket". Once you have completed your product selection, simply click on the "checkout" link and proceed to a secure section where we require a few details in order to complete your order.

Verified by Visa & Mastercard SecureCode are simple password protected identity checking services that gives you extra over security when purchasing online. Registering is quick and easy, as it simply adds an extra step to your check out procedure.
By using these secure payment facilities, it enables added protection against fraudulent transactions, for both you the customer and participating online stores/retailers (i.e. Copper Cylinder). Every time you want to use your card to make a purchase online (with a participating retailer/online store) you will be prompted by your card issuer to enter your unique password, similar to a "Chip and Pin" service. If the password is incorrect, then the transaction will not be authorised by your card issuer. Therefore, although your card details are used, no transactions will be processed without your unique password being entered correctly.

VAT Exempt - VAT Eligibility Declaration by a Disabled Person
If you are chronically sick or disabled, you do not have to pay VAT on qualifying items. You do not have to be registered disabled to claim relief from VAT, but the nature of your illness or disablement must be specified.
If you qualify for VAT Relief under this section, then simply fill in our online VAT Relief Claim Form upon check out. Once this form has been completed with all the legitimate information, the VAT amount will be deducted from your order, enabling you to continue with your purchase.
Please note however that there are penalties incurred for any false declarations. Therefore, if you are unsure as to whether or not you are eligible to receive good or services zero VAT rated, you should consult Notice 701/7 Relief for Disabled People via the HMRC website or contact the National Advice Service on 0845 302 0203 before making any declarations.
Acceptance of Your Order
When you place your order, the website will send you an email to confirm that we have accepted your order. Once this email has been generated and sent, a contract will exist and you are then legally bound by this contract. This allows us to confirm that we have the product in stock and where possible the credit/debit card (if applicable) used to make payment is authorised.
Copper Cylinder reserves the right to refuse an order or part of an order at any time prior to delivery. We may also request additional information prior to accepting an order.
All orders must be paid in full before delivery is taken. In the event goods are supplied before payment has been made, Copper Cylinder will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods until payment has been received and cleared in full. Prices are shown on product pages are inclusive of VAT, which is 20% for all orders within the U.K. or European Union.
Delivery
Copper Cylinder offers delivery for fixed price of £19.99. Delivery is to anywhere in the UK, however please note that there may be an extra charge for some deliveries made to areas of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you live in these areas we would advise you call for further details before placing your order.

Normal delivery is 2-4 full working days (Monday to Friday) on standard items. Please Note: that certain products are "non standard" and delivery times may exceed those stated. If you require an urgent delivery then it is advised that you contact us prior to ordering to check availability.
Customers are notified in advance of delivery dates for these items. When you place your order, we will notify you as to the date of the delivery via email. Please note that we can not specify the time of delivery, just the date. Alternatively you may specify a date which is more suitable for you. Delivery dates are only approximate and therefore Copper Cylinder accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of late or delayed deliveries.
Our team at Copper Cylinder recommends that you do not arrange to have your items installed until they have been delivered and checked for any damages or faults. In the unlikely event that goods are received as damaged or parts missing, then Copper Cylinder will rectify this as quickly as possible. Please note that all goods are packaged and sealed direct from manufacturer, therefore Copper Cylinder will not be held responsible for any costs incurred if goods are received as damaged or parts missing.
Deliveries must be signed for. Therefore, please ensure that someone will be available at your delivery address to sign for and check the goods. Please note: Delivery of Heavy or Bulky items will generally require that the delivery agent is given assistance off loading items.
All deliveries must be checked on arrival, and any damages are to be reported within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Do not accept damaged goods. If unsure, sign the delivery document as "unchecked". In addition please do not install damaged goods as installation is acceptance that the product is in good condition.
Special Orders
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on any special orders, or if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods If you are unsure as to what products are special order, please email or call to check, usually special orders are any products on extended lead times.
Back Orders
Should your required item not be in stock, we will back order for you. We will e-mail you with the proposed delivery date and should you rather not wait for delivery, you will have the option to cancel your order or part of it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Accuracy of Information
Copper Cylinder has taken the greatest care to ensure that the description, specifications and pricing of products listed on our site are an accurate representation of those supplied by the manufacturer, there are occasions where errors may occur or details may have subsequently changed.
If this does arise then Copper Cylinder is not bound to honour any orders made relying on this information. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.
Guarantees
All products sold at www.coppercylinder.co.uk carry a full manufacturer's guarantee as stated on the products that we sell. Please note that the guarantee will not be valid if the product is not installed by a registered installer (where applicable). Advisory Tip: Copper Cylinder strongly advise that only fully qualified plumbing and heating trades-people are employed to fit your products. We further recommend you check at least three references of any tradesperson you are considering. It is not usually necessary to engage a tradesperson until our goods have arrived and been checked.
Changed Your Mind? - Cancellations & Returns Policy
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, you may do so at any time. Cancellation of your order MUST be confirmed in writing. Once written confirmation is received, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours.
If you wish to return the goods, you must contact us directly. Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract within 7 working days from the day after delivery. This is called a "7 Day Cooling Off Period". During this 7 day cooling off period, you have a duty of care for the goods; therefore it is advised that any goods you wish to return are kept in their original packaging to ensure they remain undamaged and in good condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods our suppliers. Please be aware that under no circumstances should goods be returned direct to the Copper Cylinder office, unless otherwise advised. The return address will be specified to you prior to return, and therefore any goods returned to us in error, and not to the specified address will incur an additional carriage charge. Should returned goods arrive back to us in a damaged condition, the goods will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the total cost. Please note that this will not apply to any goods deemed Special Order.
If we are not notified of cancellations/returns within the 7 day cooling off period, then we reserve the right to apply an administration/re-stocking charge of between 15-25%. Please note that this will only be applied under extreme circumstances. In this case, you will be informed of the re-stocking charge prior to the return. If you cancel your contract within the 7 day cooling off period then no re-stocking/administration will apply.
