"Quickest Possible Delivery" what does that even mean?

We used to offer next day, guaranteed, but a lot has changed. By ticking "quickest possible delivery" instead of just leaving it as the free shipping, standard 5 working day delivery time (or equivalent) we will aim to get this to you in 1-2 working days by paying a courier extra to expedite it. In most cases where cylinders aren't being made to order with extra connections etc, this will mean it gets there next working day if ordered before midday. However, that's not 100% guaranteeable. If you need to know exactly when a "quickest possible delivery" could arrive please contact us on 0113 871 5 871 (leave a voicemail if you're waiting too long) or email sales@coppercylinder.co.uk and we will confirm the delivery time for a specific cylinder. Who are you and where are you based?

We are Copper Cylinder supplies, our head office is in Leeds, and our cylinders are made all over the UK. Thermal stores in Scotland, unvented in West Yorkshire and vented cylinders in various UK locations. We have been trading since 2012. 

Can you supply me with a made to measure cylinder?

Yes - let us know what you want and we will build it for you.

There is an option in the menu for you fill out a quick form with your measurements and email it over to us.

Is VAT included in your price?

Yes, the price you see is the price you pay!

Can you deliver next working day?

Often, with the vented cylinders, just get your order in before midday! Some types of cylinder may not be available but it will usually say, please see above "quickest possible delivery". 

Is it safe to order cylinders online?

Yes! We use SSL certificates supplied by Geotrust and Stripe for our checkout. We have loyal, returning customers and independent reviews can be found here: https://www.coppercylinder.co.uk/reviews/

Do you deliver to Ireland and Worldwide?

We are open to discussion but it depends entirely on the region, please email us sales@coppercylinder.co.uk - we are always happy to allow collection in the UK and for you to arrange couriers to collect

Do your next day deliveries cover all of the UK?

No, UK mainland only. We can deliver to non-UK mainland but have to get a quote from our couriers first so please get in touch. Very northern parts of Scotland can take up to three working days from dispatch, once you have placed an order our customer service staff will inform you if this is the case.
